The Sacramento Police Department is committed to improving the quality of life within Sacramento through fundamental policing and problem-solving. The men and women of the Department exert extraordinary effort to provide a safe environment to those they serve, but they can't do it alone. To achieve success, we must engage in open dialogue and work in cooperation with you - the community we serve.

The Sacramento Police Foundation is an important partnership in pursuit of these goals. The Foundation is dedicated to supporting police activities that benefit the community and recognize the exemplary service of the Department's employees. These activities, such as the Criminal Justice Magnet School Program, the Holiday Giving Program, police fitness and athletic events, and the annual departmental commendation awards go beyond normal police duties and touch the hearts of many, but require funding outside the city's budget.

The Foundation needs you. I invite you to join other business and community members by making a donation to the Sacramento Police Foundation. With your help, we can unite to positively impact the community in which we live.
